# Channel Support

**RaidSharksBot** supports channels through its "[Forward](/raid-settings/forward-raids.md)" function. The raid can be set up and configured in a dedicated raiding group (set it up separately) and then forwarded to any target channel of your choice.

Unlike other bots that lose functionality when forwarding messages, **RaidSharksBot** remains fully functional within your channel.

Since channels do not follow the same conversation flow as groups, the raid message remains static and is not reposted. So it should be pinned by an admin to not get lost.
